Additional information may be required for the underwriting process, please see the General Instruction Sheet (Page 1) of each application for required documents.  Please confirm that the “Agent Information” section is completed with your information.

Once the underwriting process is complete and if the bond is issued, The Bar Plan will mail all original documents to the attorney listed on the application, unless otherwise noted.

At the end of a calendar month, a Commission Statement and/or Declination Statement and check (if applicable) will be emailed or mailed to your attention by the 15^th of the following month. The Commission Statement lists all business issued for that month and the Declination Statement lists any and all business that The Bar Plan declined to underwrite.

Payment Options -

         Payment must be remitted within 30 days of issuance of bond. An invoice will be included with the bond package.  Payment can be made by check or credit card.  If you wish to pay by check, please make checks payable to The Bar Plan and return with the invoice.  If you wish to pay by credit card, please click on "Pay Online" above and register as a user.  Once registered, please follow the prompts for payment.
